Breaking Down Financial Barriers

Welcome to our Scholarship page! We’re committed to making creativity accessible to everyone. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need, attendance history, and the number of classes you are applying for. Please note that we only award partial scholarships so that we can stretch our funding to as many participants as possible. Everyone must pay a portion of their class fee.

When awarding scholarships, we take into account the following criteria:

Financial need
Consistency of attendance in previous classes
Number of classes you’ve participated in the past
Number of classes you’re applying for

Our scholarship fund is limited, so we ask each person to pay what they can toward the requested classes. Be honest about your ability to pay. This allows us to stretch the funding to as many people as possible. Partial scholarships are more likely to be awarded for this reason. We will carefully consider each application and do our best to work with you. We may ask you to pay more

*We give priority to new participants, but ask that if you are new, to only apply for one class to get a feel for our space.

Applying for a Scholarship is a 3-Step Process

Apply for a scholarship within the 2-week timeframe posted on our website.
Wait for an email regarding your application status. This may take 2 or more weeks.
Register for classes with the discount code emailed to you if awarded a scholarship.

Once you’ve submitted your online application, the Studio Manager will email you within two weeks with information about your status.

DSPs/PSWs/PAs: If you are applying on behalf of an applicant, please fill out the form as the person you support/represent. For those who are new, and/or requesting a full scholarship and or discounts for multiple classes, we may contact you to discuss the award.

You will be placed on a waitlist if you want to apply for a scholarship after applications have closed.

You do not need to fill out a Scholarship Application if billing through a partner agency. Just enter the registration code FULLACCESSSUMMER when signing up for classes after registration opens.
