Director
Mija Andrade
Mija worked for many years in graphic arts and attended the UC Santa Cruz graphic design and production program. She has been working with local non-profits since 2006 and has served as the executive director for MECCA and as Board President for both Eugene Springfield Art Project and Centro Latino Americano. She's worked for OSLP since 2014. Mija loves to collaborate with city programs and other organizations to provide a wide array of creative opportunities for our community. She is also an artist and long-time member of the philanthropic women's art group the ArtChics. She truly enjoys being out and about in her community, listening to music, making art, dancing and playing with friends and family.

Studio Manager
Kailey Ruiz
Kailey started out her journey at the Arts & Culture Center in 2016 as classroom volunteer and soon became the instructor for various classes such clay, collage, and marionette-making. She began working full time as the Studio Manager in early 2023. As the Studio Manager, she keeps the studio accessible, stocked with supplies, and is the go-to person for all instructors, volunteers, and participants. Her passion at Radiant Community Arts lies in providing a safe and welcoming environment for expression and connection.

Communications Manager
Kali Kardas
Kali has an MBA in Sustainable Business and has worked in various roles in marketing and communications since 2013. She is a Navy veteran, culinary school graduate, and former cheese monger and coffee buyer. She uses her diverse experience to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to her work at Radiant. In her personal life, Kali is an actor, director, and producer in the local performing arts scene and lives in Eugene with her husband and 3 cats.
